STIR/SHAKEN works by digitally signing outbound calls to verify that the displayed caller ID has not been tampered with. Once the call is handed off, terminating carriers can use this signature to confirm its authenticity before routing it to the recipient. This verification process helps restore confidence in voice communications and ensures that your business calls reach their destination reliably.

As part of our compliance, Cloud Bridges signs all outgoing calls and validates inbound traffic where applicable. This enhances trust between carriers, improves call completion rates, and protects end users from deception.
