CloudBridges LLC Account Usage Policy

Purpose

This Account Usage Policy outlines the responsibilities and acceptable use of CloudBridges LLC’s VoIP, Predictive Dialer, CRM, and other communication-related services (“Services”).
By creating an account or using our Services, you (“Customer” or “User”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this policy.


1. Compliance with Laws

Customers must comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws when using CloudBridges services.
This includes but is not limited to:

  • The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) of 1991 (for U.S.-based operations)
  • General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (for EU data subjects)
  • Any regional Do-Not-Call (DNC) or Robinson List regulations

CloudBridges LLC assumes no responsibility for violations arising from the customer’s misuse of our platform or failure to comply with applicable laws.


2. Responsible Calling Practices

Customers must ensure all outbound call campaigns follow ethical and legal communication standards, including:

  • Restricting call activity between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM local time of the recipient, unless the customer has received prior consent to call outside these hours.
  • Maintaining and honoring Do-Not-Call lists immediately upon a recipient’s request.
  • Ensuring that all communications clearly identify the caller or business name at the start of each call and include accurate contact information.
  • Allowing recipients to easily withdraw consent or opt out from further communications.

3. Prohibited Use

Customers agree not to use CloudBridges services for:

  • Sending unsolicited voice, SMS, or email messages (“spam”)
  • Contacting emergency services, hospitals, medical providers, or government agencies for promotional purposes
  • Calling or messaging numbers that would incur charges to the recipient without their explicit consent (e.g., pagers, toll numbers)
  • Using pre-recorded messages or automated dialing systems without prior consent from the recipient
  • Uploading, storing, or transmitting content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on third-party rights

CloudBridges LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of this section without notice.


4. Data Integrity & Privacy

Customers must only upload contact data they are legally authorized to use.
By using CloudBridges services, you confirm that:

  • All contact lists and personal data were collected lawfully with explicit consent
  • You have verified the authenticity and accuracy of the data you upload
  • You will immediately remove contacts who revoke consent or request deletion

CloudBridges implements PCI-compliant security and data protection standards to safeguard customer and end-user information.


5. Enforcement & Termination

CloudBridges reserves the right to investigate any suspected misuse of its services. If a violation is confirmed, we may:

  • Suspend or terminate access to the account
  • Report illegal activities to the relevant authorities
  • Delete data associated with unlawful activity

Customers are fully responsible for all activities under their account, including those conducted by employees or third parties using their credentials.


6. Policy Updates

CloudBridges LLC reserves the right to update this Account Usage Policy at any time.
Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
